


SALES: All sales are “ Final “ the buyer must inspect merchandise upon receiving item and if there is any physical
damage on the item, please notify us immediately - we will contact the responsible party to arrange either a repair or
an exchange.
CANCELLATIONS: There will be a 5% cancellation fee charges for items cancelled prior to their scheduled delivery
Date, a minimum of 2 weeks notice must be made in advance.
WARRANTIES: Interior Incentives will assist the customer in determining whether a claim in covered under the
Manufacturer’s warranty - If the item is covered by the manufacturer, then it is the responsibility of the “ client” to
deliver the item back to them or can call to make a pick up arrangements. Interior Incentives is not responsible for
shipping cost due to these type of situations.
As Is Items: All furniture under this category, waives any warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, we ask that you inspect the item very thoroughly before accepting it.
Returned Checks: There will be a charge of $35.00 for any bank note returned for ” INSF “ plus any additional charges it incurred.
