Once you have ordered you will receive a sales order for your review and confirmaiton.  Please notify me immediately if anything is incorrect on your order.  This email will also serve as your receipt so please keep it.  

 

All larger pieces of furniture will be delivered via white glove delivery.  White glove delivery is a service where we will bring the item into your home, assemble and discard the packing materials.  Furniture and items that are large or heavy are delivered via white glove to make sure they are delivered safely. 

 

For white glove deliveries you will be contacted a few days before arrival of your furniture to schedule a delivery appointment.  Please note the delivery service cannot make any alterations to your home.  Please make sure the item will fit in your home before purchasing.  It the item doesn’t fit, it will be shipped back to us at your expense.   Also, please make sure to clear a pathway and the area where you would like your item placed.  The delivery service will not move existing or unwanted furniture.  

 

If multiple flights of stairs are required for delivery an additional fee of $25.00 for each flight of stairs will be charged. 

 

You will be given a two to three hour window of time for your product delivery.  An adult 18 years or older must be home to accept delivery. 

 

We require a 24 hour notice to reschedule your delivery.  If a 24 hour notice has not been given an additional charge will be applied. 

 

Additional fees will be charged for missed appointments.

 

For white glove deliveries I will be present at the deivery to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

 

For items that do not require white glove delivery you will receive an email from me confirming that your item has shipped and you will be given an estimated time of arrival.  

   

When your item is unwrapped please inspect for any damage that may have occurred during transit.  Do not sign the delivery form until you have thoroughly inspected your merchandise for any damaged.  If you do find damage you have the right to refuse the delivery.  Make a note of the damage on the delivery form before signing for the item and call me immediately to notify me of the damage.

 

Payment options - Credit card, cash or personal check.

 

Sales Tax – We are required by the State of California to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a California address.
